Terms governing orders and store transactions at Mobile Accessories Lahore.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Mobile Accessories (website or physical location at Multan Road, Awan Town, Lahore, Pakistan), you agree to comply with these terms of service.
2. Pricing & Demo Catalog
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Due to fluctuating exchange rates and market supply conditions in Pakistan, prices may update periodically. In cases where sample or demo inventory is presented, actual availability will be re-confirmed prior to fulfillment.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to verify or cancel orders if contact information provided is unreachable or suspected of non-genuine order placement. Customers may cancel their Cash on Delivery order at any time before the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
4. Cash on Delivery Terms
Under Cash on Delivery, the recipient agrees to pay the courier delivery person the total invoiced PKR amount upon receipt of the parcel. Opening parcels prior to payment depends on local courier rules, though our 7-day checking warranty protects against any defective goods.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
