7-Day Checking Warranty

All electronics accessories, chargers, cables, and power banks purchased from Mobile Accessories carry a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. If an item does not function properly or suffers from a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an immediate replacement.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

• Item must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• Product must be in original condition with its packaging box, serial numbers, and accessories intact.
• Tempered glass and screen protectors cannot be exchanged once the protective peel film has been removed or applied to a phone.
• Physical accidental damage, water submersion, or misuse is not covered under the checking warranty.
