1. Delivery Within Lahore

We operate directly from our hub on Multan Road, Awan Town, Lahore, Pakistan. For customers residing anywhere in Lahore (DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Model Town, Samanabad, Awan Town, Iqbal Town, etc.), orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched for same-day delivery via express bike courier.

2. Nationwide Shipping Across Pakistan

For customers in Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities, orders are securely packed and shipped via reputable courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Call Courier, Trax). A tracking number is messaged to your phone or WhatsApp once the parcel is scanned.

3. Delivery Charges

- Orders equal to or exceeding PKR 10,000 qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

- Standard delivery fee of PKR 300 applies to orders below PKR 10,000 to cover courier and packaging costs.

4. Order Verification

Before dispatching any high-value item (such as iPhones or MacBooks), our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your complete address and readiness to receive the delivery.
