• Shipping Coordinates: Street Address, Apartment/House Number, Town/Area, City (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.), and Postal Code.
• Order History: Details regarding purchased products, quantities, payment choice (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer), and receipts.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your details are strictly utilized to:

• Dispatch packages via our Karachi express rider fleet or nationwide partner couriers (TCS, Leopards, Trax).
• Send WhatsApp order confirmation updates, airway bill tracking numbers, and delivery status alerts.
• Process warranty claims, 7-day replacements, and customer service inquiries.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade customer contact details to third-party marketing companies.

3. Payment Security

For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is handed directly to the courier upon parcel delivery. For Bank Transfers, payments are made directly to our registered business account (Meezan Bank). We do not store any credit/debit card PINs or net-banking passwords on our web servers.
