1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Mobile Accessories (via web store, phone call, or WhatsApp), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following commercial conditions.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to display accurate product photos, technical specifications, and compatibility details. In the rare event of a pricing typo or stock depletion, we reserve the right to contact the customer and adjust or cancel the order before dispatch.
3. Orders & Verification
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our order confirmation team may call or WhatsApp your registered phone number to confirm parcel address and availability prior to handing over the parcel to the courier. If a COD customer refuses delivery without valid justification, future COD privileges may be suspended.
4. Warranties & Claims
Branded products (such as Anker, Samsung, Baseus, Soundpeats) include respective brand or store warranties as noted on the product specification sheet. Warranties cover electronic and manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water ingress on non-waterproof items, and burnt pins due to irregular high-voltage surges are not covered.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
