Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

• The product received is physically defective or does not power on out of the box.
• The wrong item or incompatible model variation was mistakenly dispatched.
• The item differs substantially from the website specification.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The accessory must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all included inserts, cables, and user manuals.
• Screen protectors must not have had their protective adhesive liner peeled off unless an application defect is verified.
• Items damaged due to deliberate abuse, drop cracks, or electrical short circuits are not eligible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is quick and stress-free:

1. Take a clear short photo or 10-second video of the issue.
2. Send it to our WhatsApp helpline at +92 303 3339114 along with your Order Number (e.g. #MA-XXXXXX).
3. Our team will inspect the claim and arrange a replacement parcel dispatch or provide shipping instructions to our North Nazimabad hub.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned parcel is received and verified at our Iqbal Square store, refunds are transferred within 24 to 48 hours via Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to your preferred account number.
